I noticed that your most recent service visit on 11/26/19 was a free audio speaker repair, which you were not charged for and which did not involve oil leaks or brakes, so please let us know if your review refers to a prior visit and we will be happy to look into it for you. In general though, we like to err on the side of customer safety, and so we let you know about any issues we find. It is then up to the customer to decide if they want it fixed. Since most cars we sell and service are used by families (many with small children), we believe the right thing to do is to let customers know about *any* oil leak. Regarding brake fluid, it actually does need replaced at regular intervals: every 30,000 miles according to the manufacturer's maintenance booklet in your glove box.
