I arrived at the appointed time, drove up to the automatic door and continued inside. I was immediately greeted by a service manager, who handed me a beeper and encourage me to relax in the waiting area. The beverage selection is excellent, the WiFi works well, and a short time later the beeper indicates that my wait is over. Excellent service, excellent treats, excellent people; the excellence continues as I drive ! Thank you W&L. ! More

Unusual snapping cracking sounds when radio/CD was used. Sounds above wouldn't occur for 25-30 minutes or could occur within seconds. Finally able to record sounds on my phone so service personnel could hear for themselves. Vehicle is 2015 Outback with 45,000 mi. Thought to be radio itself and it was replaced. Unfortunately, problem reoccurred and found to be in power amplifier [ I understand that is rarely the case,] which then was replaced. I was only charged for the radio replacement . I feel this was an excellent customer service experience. More
