The waiting room was spotless and quiet and I enjoyed a complementary bottle of water and some fruit while I waited. I also picked up parts from Steve and talked to him and Nick while my car was in for service. W&L has the best parts department of anywhere around. Parts arrive quickly and correctly every time. Margie stayed a few minutes into her lunch to complete my bill and take payment and is always friendly and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the staff and facility at W&L subaru. More

Recall repair Even tho I had made my appt ahead of time - when I got there ( having over an hour drive) I was informed they ran out of the part.
