re-calibrate eyesight after windshield replacement Had to have the windshield replaced on 2016 Outback. Installer (Safelite) stated that eyesight system should be "re-calibrated". Appointment made wi Had to have the windshield replaced on 2016 Outback. Installer (Safelite) stated that eyesight system should be "re-calibrated". Appointment made without difficulty at W&L Subaru. Calibration completed in an hour or less. I cannot rate "Quality of Work" properly below since I have no idea what the re-calibration entails - only that service adviser said that the procedure is "complicated"" No parts needed to be replaced. More

I would have given a excellent review but they only gave me a quart tank of gas with my purchase, and the clock was 1 hour off which I only found out while driving back and thinking why is this taking 7.5 hours only to realize the clock was set wrong - all small nick picks. My only contact with this dealer before taking the keys was by phone and email with Mr. Robert Shoup and he was an impressive individual - who sold me on the whole experience very polite, responsive, no pressure from this true professional. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle - I will buy another car from them without hesitation. More
