I was told my tire was fixed and they were waiting for another part. I was quoted that the cost would be around $100. When I picked up the car, the cost was $285. The tire needed replaced, but I wasn't told about that. Other than the miscommunication and high price, the service department is good. More

Very helpful and efficient staff. Our 2017 Subaru Forester was making a noise like it was in a lower gear when on the highway, but it wasn't. I was told at first that since it had bee Our 2017 Subaru Forester was making a noise like it was in a lower gear when on the highway, but it wasn't. I was told at first that since it had been sitting in the garage for several weeks, corrosion could have developed on the brakes and that would account for the noise for a few days. When the noise persisted after several hundred miles of travel, I took the car back and the service staff discovered the problem was with the rear wheel bearings and the were replaced. I was somewhat surprised that after only 18,000 miles the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I hope that the quality of the replacements is considerably better than the original parts. More
