Loss of customer Came in for a fuel pump replacement, nothing else wrong to the vehicle whatsoever. Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat b Came in for a fuel pump replacement, nothing else wrong to the vehicle whatsoever. Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat belt buckle. Said that they didn’t even sit in the driver seat and refuse to even look at the buckle or fix it, so i guess im the liar? Major safety issue right there. Mmm wish i could rate a 0, terrible service and the employee who dealt with me, unprofessional. Definitely will not be coming back. More

Efficient, Professional and Courteous Service This Subaru service center is excellent! After setting up an appointment, you drive to the easy-to-find center, follow the driveway markings to the in This Subaru service center is excellent! After setting up an appointment, you drive to the easy-to-find center, follow the driveway markings to the indoor vehicle drop off. A service employee comes to your car, takes your keys and shows you to the waiting room (if you are staying until your car is serviced.) The waiting room is clean, bright and large. There is a TV and many varieties of drinks (free) available while you wait. If your vehicle needs parts or work beyond what you thought you needed, a service worker will come to tell you. You make the decision on what you want done. The technician also comes to you when your car's service is done. Payment is quick and easy. All W&L staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful! Still waiting for an issue to be fixed I visited the dealership once before and worked with Kim who was amazing! She changed my mind about dealership altogether. After a check engine light came on, instead of going to a friend with a garage, I called w&l because I loved the experience I had in the past. I dropped it off, they concluded that I just needed an oil change. When I went to pick it up, there was a 4-5ft rubber strip hanging from my roof. I’m not sure how it wasn’t seen considering it was hanging down across the whole vehicle. My husband grabbed one of the employees and told him it wasn’t like when we dropped it off and asked what happened. He acted annoyed and said he doesn’t know who did it but he’ll go in and tell them. My husband followed him in and said the guy continued to have an attitude as if we were inconveniencing him somehow. Another guy stepped in and said it must’ve got damaged from the car wash and they would either fix it or order a new part. So we left it there again. Two days go by without a vehicle so my husband calls back to see an update because we need it to go to work. One woman he spoke to said they’re ordering the part. Then when he spoke to a man he was told they didn’t even take a look at it yet and they could that morning. Obviously we told them we’d have to bring it back because we needed to go to work. So now I have a damaged vehicle with nobody reaching out to me to try to solve this. It almost feels like we’re being avoided. And I hope to not have to work with the first guy we interacted with when I do return to get this fixed. I honestly cannot believe someone with that attitude in employed by W&L from what I’ve experienced in the past.. More
Easy scheduling and prompt repair I had taken my Crosstrek in because we were repeatedly having issues getting the key out of the ignition. They replaced a shifter plate (I think) wh I had taken my Crosstrek in because we were repeatedly having issues getting the key out of the ignition. They replaced a shifter plate (I think) which fixed t hat problem, but the car was then no longer able to access manual mode on the transmission. This visit was to fix that problem, which was (as I suggested in dropping the car off) the shifter plate had been put in upside down or backwards. So while I was not thrilled about making the two hour round trip to and from the dealer for this to be fixed, they were able to schedule me easily and get the repair made in under an hour. So I still recommend W&L service, in spite of the previous repair. Stuff happens, right? In the end, they made it right, and I will continue to use them for service, even though there are 2 dealers physically closer to my home. More
