I’m not someone who leaves reviews like this, but enough is enough. My Service Advisor did not listen to my needs or concerns about my car. He was arrogant, dismissive, and defensive with me. He did not is enough. My Service Advisor did not listen to my needs or concerns about my car. He was arrogant, dismissive, and defensive with me. He did not fully explain certain things for me to make an informed decision. He did not keep me informed or communicate the status of the service work being performed. My car ended up being at the dealership for 5 weeks because he did not listen to me at the very start. I’m disappointed in the lack of “customer service” and the lack of “quality” and care of the work performed. I have to take my car back in for service to fix the things that should have been done in the 5 weeks they had my car. Seriously!!!! More

People were great. The location is so so. My biggest concern was the fact that I you charged me to go thru the truck but I left the dealership with no rear lights, that The location is so so. My biggest concern was the fact that I you charged me to go thru the truck but I left the dealership with no rear lights, that's break lights, no turn signals or running lights. I had to drive in the rain 25 minutes down the rd. Then the next day I had to drive it back the next day. Just wondering why i was charged for something that obviously wasn't done. More
