My experience with Joseph was one of transparency, kindness and care. After losing my vehicle in Helene he literally made sure that my loss seemed minimal compared to the joy this experience brought m kindness and care. He sat in my new Bronco Sport and he explained every detail on how to operate the vehicle. He cared. I just cannot say enough good things about him. He drove the vehicle to my job so I could see the color in the daylight! The pride he carries in working for Walker Ford is missing in most occupations.
