Dropped service vehicle off for routine maintenance At 8:45 AM( oil change - tire rotation ) didn’t have the service completed until after 5 PM . My service writer Brian Kirk was a true professional! He arraigned the schedule so I was not inconvenienced. I had to drop off my car and leave it for minor repairs.
