Vince Ramano to the rescue I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are b I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are booked out for a week. So I posted a review on dealerratet and Vince called me right away. Vince was very nice and apologized for the issue. He asked me when I wanted to come in for service and I left immediately for the dealership. Dan checked me in and promised to call as soon as they were done. He did and I picke d up my truck all in about an hour and a half. More

The right truck at a Great price Kevin was great to work with, worked until I got the price I was happy with he got the paperwork filled out quickly and then Got me in to see Mickey r Kevin was great to work with, worked until I got the price I was happy with he got the paperwork filled out quickly and then Got me in to see Mickey right away. Mickey got all the finance papers filled out and signed in record time. Kevin then took me to meet the Service Manager while the truck was being detailed. I could not ask for a better way to buy a new truck. Thanks Walker Ford. More
