Service writer was great, the rest was not . took 5 weeks to fix problem, I was given a loaner after the 1st week. when I picked up car it looked like it had been in a war, stopped by front offi took 5 weeks to fix problem, I was given a loaner after the 1st week. when I picked up car it looked like it had been in a war, stopped by front office and talked to a manager after taking him outside and showing him how the car was given back, he did agree the car was a mess. Very hard for me to understand why the car was given back in that condition, it looks like no one checks on what is leaving. I have left notes for any of the Walkers to call me so I can let them know what is going on. nothing returned yet.I would like to see this review printed but more than likely won,t More

Always excellent service, explains what they plan on doing and they do it. If there is a change they notify you before continuing on with the work. Even explained the new warranty I had that saved me t doing and they do it. If there is a change they notify you before continuing on with the work.
