Walker Ford was able to help me when my car battery died yesterday. I called and Michelle said to bring the car in, but don't turn the motor off my C-Max hybrid when I arrive at the service bay. Still waiting for my refund of $100 copay that I was lied to about needing to pay. I was still under warranty and this location told me I wasn’t, made me pay $100 so they could break my motor and had to brin to about needing to pay.
