I had an appointment to change my oil. I was told later it would take just a few minutes more. I agreed with my signature. No one came in to tell me what was happening. Over four hours later where the xxxx it would take just a few minutes more. I agreed with my signature. No one came in to tell me what was happening. Over four hours later where the xxxx is my car! I have been waiting over four hours. Other customers came and left. The guy who gives rides came twice! This can’t happen again! More

Went in with a vehicle issue expecting to pay way more then expected based on other mechanics I spoke to. After going to walker Ford I payed a lot less then expected and had my issue resolved with no hass then expected based on other mechanics I spoke to.
