I appreciate the ability to have someone pick up the car and deliver it back home so we don't have to set in the waiting room. My 2019 Mustang convertible was due for full service and I decided to use points I had accumulated. I scheduled an appointment at Walker Ford. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted, signed the necessary paperw I decided to use points I had accumulated. I scheduled an appointment at Walker Ford. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted, signed the necessary paperwork and the car was taken back to service area. When time came to redeem my points, verified on my Ford Pass app, they weren’t showing on the Walker computer system. After lots of phone calls the issue was resolved and I was on my way. Walker has gotten very expensive to service older vehicles. Lock cable for quarter door that can be bought online for $80.00 walker charges $225.00 and 2 hours labor, they wanted total of $900.00 to vehicles.
