Before I brought my vehicle to Walker ford I called and spoke to one of the fleet mechanics regarding installing : programming my new abs pump on my 2012 f750 he proceeded to say it’ll be around 4 hours ok spoke to one of the fleet mechanics regarding installing : programming my new abs pump on my 2012 f750 he proceeded to say it’ll be around 4 hours ok cool I then installed it myself and brought it there for programming where they then called me shortly after saying they can’t work on my truck it’s too big. ? I said don’t you guys sell f750s etc he says yes but we don’t work on them then I go to ford.com and fsaw they were on the commercial truck service list so ok then I call back and said Ford says you can work on them what’s the real issue. He then says oh we’re busy booking into February if you wanna wait. I said I thought you can’t work on them. So long story short I took it to gator ford in Tampa. It’s a shame the Service department doesn’t treat you as nice as the salesman who sells you the truck. Will make me think twice before I purchase a new f350 or new 650-750 for my fleet. Your dealership is only as strong as the service department in my opinion: anyone can sell you a car but it’s who services it is what makes the difference: More
