I waited for over an hour for my car, outside in the heat and humidity. l was not told by service how long it would take. I did not go indoors because of Covid19 and I am in the high risk category. When I paid for the service there was a customer without a mask. As you know Pinellas County has mandated masks to be worn inside businesses. That is your responsibility. Furthermore, your employees who smoke did not keep 25 ft away from the building and smoked under the drive thru. Several of your employees did not practice social distancing forcing me to avoid them. I am very disappointed in the way your employees carry on. The cost of the service was more than I was quoted in advance You all should be ashamed of the way you do business! More
