I’m a previous customer of AutoNation Ford. I found Steve my service advisor listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to up-sell me on every item. Great change from what I was used to. Received call vehicle was ready for pick-up. Arrived 11:15, paid & was told to wait for car to be brought to me. After waiting 25 minutes, checked again w cashier.
