The service department drive and lounge were clean and well presented. The service writer was friendly. Some people were wearing masks because of the COVID-19 virus. I couldn’t believe the lack of precautions the dealership has taken,eg I saw 1 employee wearing a mask, no hand sanitizer for the employees. Quick ser ice for an oil change. We do wish they had an Express lube and oil as I could have remained in my truck instead of sitting on the lounge. Ryan Halcomb the Service Drive Manager took my truck in and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed.
