In this market with the lack of inventory and the chip shortage, it was hard to find a vehicle at all, let alone finding a dea PROFESSIONAL SALESMAN. After searching all over Southern California for a GLB, I found one and messaged Walters Mercedes Benz where I was put in touch with Rami Jaouhari. I was very straight forward about purchasing one without any add-ons or markups, and he was very straight forward and prompt in his responses. He even emailed me a price-break down sheet with the Toal cost, along with the taxes and title fees, as well as a video of the actual vehicle. There were absolutely no games or any back-or-forth, Rami Jaouhar is a very straightforward, honest, genuine, and professional person. When we arrived, he had the car hidden for us to insure nobody would purchase it because we came late. He even let us test-drive it without him in the car. From the second I met him, I felt that he was not just a salesman, he was like a family member to us, the way he treated us. He honored the price we discussed via text message, and would consistently answer all our questions during the purchase process. When it came to finances, we met with Andy Towns, who was a super friendly, kind and helpful finance manager. He helped secure us a great rate and was NEVER pushy or intimidating at all. At the end, Rami drove to my father and delivered/signed the papers even though it was past closing. Rami Jaouhari truly is class-act and a very kind, sincere, honest, and friendly individual who does go beyond the extra miles for his clients. In all, this was truly a picture-perfect experience and an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life, I am truly grateful to everyone at Walters Mercedes Benz of Riverside and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for all sales and service needs.
