My wife and I had always dreamed of one day owning a Mercedes Benz. Kids all grown and gone and now was the time to take the plunge. Admittedly our experience with Walter's Mercedes starting off somewha Mercedes Benz. Kids all grown and gone and now was the time to take the plunge. Admittedly our experience with Walter's Mercedes starting off somewhat rough until the sales manager Brian stepped in and sent Raul Ayala to take care of us. Raul was easily the most impressive car salesperson we have ever dealt with. We were honestly blown away how friendly, knowledgeable and just a flat out great person he was. He made us forget about anything else that took place previously and we had an awesome feeling when we pulled off the lot. I have mentored many people in his age group and that kid has a big future. Thanks so much for all you did to reconcile the situation as you really delivered over the top and exceeded our expectations More
