I BROUGHT MY SMARTCAR IN TO HAVE SOME WORK DONE. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT FOUR HOURS TO DO THE REPAIRS. I DROVE THERE FROM PALM SPRINGS AND WAS GOING TO WAIT FOR MY CAR TO BE DONE. THREE HOURS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT FOUR HOURS TO DO THE REPAIRS. I DROVE THERE FROM PALM SPRINGS AND WAS GOING TO WAIT FOR MY CAR TO BE DONE. THREE HOURS LATER, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE TO KEEP MY CAR OVERNIGHT AND FINISH THE WORK THE NEXT MORNING. THEY WOULD PAY FOR A RENT A CAR FOR A DAY FOR ME. WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULDN'T BE READY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I REMINDED THEM ABOUT THE ONE DAY RENT A CAR, THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. LONG STORY SHORTENED, FIVE DAYS LATER MY CAR WAS FINALLY READY AND I CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP. KNOWING THAT I HAD TO GET THE WORK DONE ON MY CAR, I PAID THE OVERPRICED BILL AND PICKED UP MY CAR. I RECIEVED A CALL A FEW DAYS LATER FROM THE RENTAL COMPANY SAYING THAT WALTERS MERCEDED OF RIVERSIDE ONLY PAID FOR FOUR DAYS FOR THE RENTAL!!!! THE FIFTH DAY WAS MY RESPONSIBLILITY!!! IF THEY KNEW THAT THEY ONLY PAY FOR FOUR DAYS, THEN WHY DID THEY TAKE THERE SWEET A** TIME AND NOT FINIGH THE WORK FOR FIVE DAYS??? I TOOK MY CAR IN ON DECEMBER 10TH AND I TRIED CONTACTING THEM THIS WHOLE TIME ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK..NO ONE DID UNTIL TODAY JANUARY 12TH!!!! THEY SAID IT IS THERE POLICY TO PAY FOR ONLY FOUR DAYS. THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE YOUR CAR READY WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU EVER HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM AT ALL!!! IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I AM SURPRISED THAT ANYONE WOULD BE DUMB ENOUGH TO RETURN TO THEM AGAIN!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED TO BADLY BY A CAR SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN......VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...... More

I have been using Walters service department for the last 20 years or so, i owed about 6 Mercedes from brand new to a E320 with over 250,000. Their offer excellent service, at a price that is about the same as local repair shops!!! My current adviser is Brandon M., for the last 7-8 years, he is excellent, offers good customer service, and generally gets me in and out in no time. With the loaner car program, i did not have to miss time from work.....or put up with the inconvenience of drop off and pick up.... Highly recommended if you live in the Riverside area. H. Y. More
