It was a pleasure dealing with John. Originally they did not have what we needed. But we were in no hurry and John did not forget. Ted Schwartz was awesome to work with. I went in to look at the GLC, but ended up falling in love with the GLA. There was no pressure from him to buy the more expensive GLC. I was having some troubles with my brake just before Christmas. I have 42,000 miles on these brakes and to fine out the noise was brakes being cold or dust or sand from the desert.
