Excellent Service for a tough customer I consider myself a tough customer in that I am not a big “car guy” so I do not stay up to date with the current features and the latest and greatest, I consider myself a tough customer in that I am not a big “car guy” so I do not stay up to date with the current features and the latest and greatest, etc. and I dislike the entire buying process. I reached to through the website to Rene Orellana at Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside and told him up from that I was a tough sell, and I am a busy guy without much time to shop. I spelled out what I wanted and what I wanted to pay as far as my budget, and he went to work. Sent me videos of the cars with all their features and why they were important. I was able to show these videos to my wife and let her choose what she wanted. Once we narrowed it down, I called Rene, and told him what we wanted. He found that he had one coming in the next few days that matched our request. He then got me the deal I was looking for. When I went to the dealership for the first time ever, I was in and out in 2 hours with the car of my my wife’s dreams. No hassles. He was up front about the costs, the deal, the features.
