It is a concern of mine that I would be "talked" into service that I do not need. Mileage determines what service as well as time, however at this point I have less than 9,000 miles on a car that is 4 ye service that I do not need. Mileage determines what service as well as time, however at this point I have less than 9,000 miles on a car that is 4 years old and yet get the B service when it is the same as the A service. $ 400 + for an oil & filter change with NO other work being performed ( oh yes someone checked the onboard computer ) plus a car wash and all this done in a little more than an hour. This was my first time with Joseph Loera. He was excellent in every aspect. He took the time to review my service history and go over what needs to be done this time and what to expect on the next excellent in every aspect. Because I live in the Bay Area I bought a car “online”. Even though I live 450 miles away, Andrew made it seem as if I was right there in person. Andrew was very patient and had great customer service through the whole process. I was surprised on how quickly he answered all my texts and phone calls which I highly appreciate. Andrew is the type of salesman that got to know me as a person which made me feel more that “just a sale”..
