This is our second Mercedes purchase and of course, we remain impressed with the workmanship, function and reliability of our luxury vehicle! My only critic is with Justin Campbell, finance department. He did not avail himself to clarify a question we had the next day. He failed to return my phone calls and has not reached out to date. We voiced our concern to Andrew our sales rep and he answered our questions.
