Needed scheduled service and eck bond estimate I had a tiny tear in my seat when l brought my car in for scheduled service. I asked Alex to send a pic to eck bond since l already filed a claim. He came to the waiting room to tell me eck bond was replacing the seat and that he would request the part to be ordered. He said he will call when the seat comes in. I contacted the store and several people got in touch with me about car availabilities, prices and offers for several days but wasn’t until I got in touch with MIKE SALES that I felt comfortable, He was very making sure I had all the information I need it to give them a try, Calls,Text, emails and even videos of the cars, I made a same day appointment with him and head to the dealer. Mike is really friendly and know he’s numbers very well, I explained to him and I was a first time buyer and I have Zero credit history and even like that he started looking for options to get me into my new car.! He got all my info and and left to the credit department and I could believe when he came back and said “I got you approved, It wasn’t easy but we did it” We test drive the car and filled all the paperwork and drive back home in my new car.!
