Buying a car for me has always been put on the back burner because I never believe in anyone. It still surprises me that, I purchased a car from a dealership without ever meeting Mr. Andrew or visiting their dealership, and without personally inspecting the car. This was completely out of character for me. My purchase was made possible because of Andrew’s knowledge of the subject cars; the high level of professionalism and service he provided me; his integrity; and the high reputation of his dealership. The car arrived in San Jose exactly as represented, for which I thank Andrew. I believe that every business is built one customer at a time. Customer loyalty and trust are both earned through deeds not good salesmanship alone.
