Amazing experience My wife and I came into the location a few weeks ago to just LOOK at a new car for her. From the beginning we were treated with respect and all of our My wife and I came into the location a few weeks ago to just LOOK at a new car for her. From the beginning we were treated with respect and all of our questions were answered. Alin, was very thorough even though we were indecisive on color and even model. Alin took the time to show us every color and let us look at the vehicles without pressure. Emil, the sales manager came out to talk to us as everyone knew we were not planning on purchasing on this visit. He was very straightforward with our trade in and the price his offered was extremely competitive. As a team, these two took great care of us and made sure we got a great deal and were 100% satisfied. I would refer both of these two gentlemen to anyone looking into Mercedes. At this point, we went to sign paperwork and this is when we were introduced to Andy Towns. Andy was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful with paperwork. Also Andy took the worst part of buying a car (100 papers to sign) painless and quick. Andy gave paper and markers to our 5 year old so he could color while we signed paperwork. Fast forward a couple days. My wife loves her car but now I have to convince her to leave it at the dealer for a few days to install some 3M film and fix a paint chip on the hood. Came on to Apolo on service. He took great care of us. Made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond. Apolo also helped my wife with the car seat while I was at work. These guys are awesome and we truly appreciate them. I cannot day enough great things about everyone we have come in contact with. Everyone was been helpful. More
