I was totally worth taking the extra time to drive to Walter’s from LA. I got a GREAT deal on my lease. Later, I found out a friend of mine also lease a Mercedes-Benz the same week as i did and she didn’t get a deal as good as mine. A+++ I will be back for my next car for sure! More

Also, having the loaner car really made it a stress free situation. My husband said whoever worked on my car was a good mechanic because of the work he did as opposed to the work he could've said "I needed" if you catch my drift. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. I felt like I'm the one that came out on top and I DEFINITELY don't always feel like that when leaving any auto shop. Also, right before I left I noticed there was dust that settled on my car since they washed it the day before and (I can't remember his name) went and got cleaner and washed off my windows for me right there. I got the pleasure of working with Andrew Wagner and Raul Ayala. They both went out of their way to make me and my wife feel at home and both worked very hard to make sure every aspect of our experience a positive one. The numbers we went over on the telephone were the numbers that were presented to me when sitting in the office . I appreciate that because I drove 1 hr to get there and I wasn’t interested in playing any games! It was worth it . The finance and signing was also easy and friendly. Over the years I have bought my MBZ cars from Walter's due to its professional, no stress environment. The first encounter was my wife with Bob Rosas. He was very patient and explained to my wife all the features of the car. She has asked him several questions over the phone and Mr. Rosas never felt encumbered by her questions. It was because of this initial encounter that I have continued to support this dealership. Most recently I bought an AMG C43 during remodeling of the building. There was a computer glitch during the transaction but Gary Kunzman and Emil LLitchi were very helpful. More
