Dealership I went to dealership for maintenance ofmy old glc 300 2017 and ended up buying a new 2018 , rene is very accommodating unlike what have expeirenced I went to dealership for maintenance ofmy old glc 300 2017 and ended up buying a new 2018 , rene is very accommodating unlike what have expeirenced in the past that my sales person mr lee just left me out for how many hours after signing the lease contract as he have another customer to take care after me. I drove my 2017 for 1 year without insurance since its my bad no one or my sales associate did not inform me to call my insurance agent to transfer my insurance to my new car. Thanks god i was not into car accident. its my bad but at least your sales person should have informed me to call or responsible for the transfer of insurance. I already called the attention of the Dealershio but no one returned my call , I informed the concerned sales person as i did not knew about it if not with letter of department of moter vehicle that my 2017 mercedes glc 300 is not insured and i cant renew the license as the insurance that i was paying was my ml 350 . For now i am hapoy with my experience with rene as he helped me a lot and did not left me until I got into my new car. More

Needs to improve I used to get much better service at Mercedes Benz Riverside. For some reason, it takes longer to get my vehicle. Also, this is now the third time tha I used to get much better service at Mercedes Benz Riverside. For some reason, it takes longer to get my vehicle. Also, this is now the third time that when my car was "finished," it had not been vacuumed completely. My back seat floors are NEVER vacuumed. Also, the windows are NOT wiped on the inside! I took pictures this time around,and I have the before delivery and after, and there is NOT difference. Now, Austin S. was very helpful and responsive to texts and keeping me posted. I feel I got conned by Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. I’m stack with car that I hate and with a payment I can’t afford. They putting constant pressure and they lie but telling you a price then on the contract the price is way more expensive - also they promise a car with accessories but they give you a car without them. When I see a Mercedes logo I can’t help it to become furious. Below my story of being conned by Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside I was driving down from LA and stopped to Walter's Mercedes-Benz, there I explained to Jacqueline, I was there just to do some research research as I never leased before as I wanted to trade my BMW for a car that had all the gadgets, leaving some deposit – She will keep reassuring me that I'm in good hand and she would take care of me. We went on the roof top to look at cars and she asked me to pick one. Liked the colors of one and she reassured me that the car had all the gadgets that I was looking for. No test drive as it was getting late. I wanted to come back I needed more time to research and think about it but she was putting me pressure in doing a deal right away: $600 monthly payment for 3 years – Sounds good I said OK. Waited for all the paperwork to complete and she was repeating that was $ 600 for 3 years. It got to closing time my BMW was gone, contract came for $770 for 4 years. I felt overwhelmed, tired and under pressure and signed. Then the car arrived as the place was shutting down. Car didn’t have sensors nor LED lights. I was extremely disappointed and sad. I thought I’ll deal with this tomorrow. Next day called Jacqueline but she didn’t take my call and I was diverted to the Manager Emil, saying he wants me to be happy with the situation and to come with the car as he was going to help me and be satisfied with the car. Went to see him and he explained why they had to charge me $770 for 4 years instead of $600 for 3 years and why the car didn’t come with LED lights nor sensors though I asked for a full gadgeted car. He didn’t anything to help me on the contrary I felt more cheated and conned. I will be broke to pay for a car that I don’t want. More

My wife test drove the vehicle at a different time and was very happy with the way she was treated...Other members of Andrews team were also very helpful. Raul Ayala was extremely patient in showing two old senior citizens the features of the vehicle. He spent over 2 hours with us. Overall the purchasing experience was excellent. This is the 3d benz that we have purchased from Walters and we will definitely return as our vehicle needs arise More
