I reasearched and stopped at another dealer that was just awful. We had also sent a message to Walter’s Mercedes and Andrew Wagner contacted us to come by. Since that other dealer was so awful we were very hesitant and asked a lot of questions before we went in. Well to our pleasant surprise, Andrew and his team made everything happen with no hiccups throughout the whole process. Great evening at Walters Mercedes Riverside, Ca 5 stars from start to finish. I called in for info while driving on the freeway, the young lady secured an appt that evening. Upon checking in with the receptionist I met Jaqueline Nassar, she listened to my story of what I wanted and told me that she was happy to make what I wanted happen. Great salesperson, great Lady! Had a great time talking and connecting with her as she worked my deal. Between Jaqueline and the sales team at Walters Mercedes, I left there in a few hours later with a brand new Mercedes Benz! Excellent Experience with everybody and everything! The client advisor, Eddy Elsayed, is very good in making our whole family happy and comfortable with the 'buying' experience. The customer service, Krystin Escobedo, is very patient and kind to our mom (93 years old) who was a little impatient and wanted to leave. Krystin tried to entertain her and we really appreciated her effort. The Finance Manager, Julio Guerrero, is also very pleasant and helpful in telling us all about the option. He is respectful and kind to the customers who go home feeling they are well treated and taken care of. In general, this is one of the best experience our family has in buying a car and will recommend our friends and relatives to go there in the future. Great Job Guys!! More

Unbeatable price in the greater LA area! I was in the market to shop for GLA 250 (my 3rd Mercedes!), contacted about 8 dealerships in the greater LA area, no one was able to beat the offer An I was in the market to shop for GLA 250 (my 3rd Mercedes!), contacted about 8 dealerships in the greater LA area, no one was able to beat the offer Andrew Wagner gave me. I had about 2 dealerships who were able to come very close in terms of numbers, but Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside won me over because they found me an executive demo GLA with loaded features & within my budget. This may not be the fanciest dealership but they have hard working honest people treating everyone with respect. Very pleased with the car shopping experience so far, highly recommended! More
