Thanks again I had been needing new tires for quite some time. Justin the tire rep at Walters would tell me every time I came in for a car wash. Well i finally got I had been needing new tires for quite some time. Justin the tire rep at Walters would tell me every time I came in for a car wash. Well i finally got a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired because my tires were so worn. My husband made me an appt and I was scheduled to come in on a Saturday. I decided I couldn't wait any longer. So I called Walter's MB and they were able to make me an appt within 2 hours. Well on my way there I had a blow out! I called MBZ roadside service and was assisted right away. They sent out Noel Castro who changed my tire in 5 minutes. He was very nice and I was so grateful that he was able to get me back on my way so quickly. When I finally made it to my appt Austin Schneider was my service adviser. He was able to check me in right away. He kept me updated while I waited. He was very helpful and I was confident that I was in goods hands. Thanks Walters staff for all your efforts to keep my family and I safe on the road! More

We are located one and a half hours drive away, so his video and openness to our questions ahead of time made the drive to Walters very worth while. Small details were brought to light just as in new car sales. Nothing was overlooked. We were treated with excellent quality. And then dealing with Ari in the finance department was a continuation of that quality experience. Excellent Dealership in our opinion and we will return for our future auto needs. More
