When I took it into Walters Mercedes in Riverside CA I was impressed with the quick welcoming service, and then I was even more impressed with Wyman Apple, our service advisor. He took the time to know what I was needing for my vehicle and didn't waste my time with "other offers". He was patient with my thoughts and questions, answering all of them professionally as well as courteously. I will make the long drive to Walters again when our SUV needs attention, and I will ask for Wyman again as well. More

We had a plan to look at the GLE or GLC, by day’s end, I drove home with my new car!! Gene Russell was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we overwhelmed by his honest! He and his manager really took care of us and helped us finally purchased our dream car with our target price!!!
