I made a great choice I did my homework and went through a good deal of research for my somewhat complicated trade in/purchase for the car I always wanted and can undoubtfu I did my homework and went through a good deal of research for my somewhat complicated trade in/purchase for the car I always wanted and can undoubtfully say that Walter's exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I made the initial contact, Art was quick to respond and actually did upfront work to appraise my two trade ins. He constantly followed up, arranged to fedex paperwork for my convenience, arranged for one of my trade ins to be picked up, even it was 2 hours drive one way. During my visit at the dealership, I felt relaxed and comfortable, Art and his manager gave a good value for my trade in, he had the car I wanted ready at the lot and he was contantly giving me update what they are working on. Everything was taken care of very professionally. Even the little gift box with the keys in a keyholder and a pen, Art gave me at the end, showed me the high level of customer care this dealership has. I already know I will not use anyone else for my next car! More
