This happened to be the second Mercedes Dealership I visited as I drove 70 miles to get there since the dealership in my area was not at all friendly. Bob Rosas was not only friendly but very knowledgeable and professional as well. He helped me find the right car for me in a budget that I was comfortable with. There was no hard pressure sales yet he shared many helpful features and amenities of the car. My husband and I were both impressed with the level of professionalism with which we were treated by everyone whom we came in contact with. Even dealing with the finance department was pleasant. The service department here is great! I had a few problems specifically with my radio, it was still under warranty so i took it in and had it checked out. There were a few things i also wanted them to look into while it was there. JR was my advisor, he was great! JR was on top of everything and got back to me on each and every concern i had. Everyone i spoke or dealt with in person were very polite and welcoming. They replaced my radio and i piccked up my car basically a morning later. I loved it. So simple and didnt need to worry about a thing. More
