Since this model was quite a bit different then all the other cars it was a little hard for me to acquaint myself with all the new stuff. I was not comfortable with some settings so I called him and told him about my concerns. He was concerned that I didn't know how to adjust some of the settings so he offered to come to my house and help me. He literately saved my life because I was sitting too low and I couldn't see properly. Jin is so wonderful and kind. I will only buy cars from him as he goes over and above what anyone else will do.
