Great Experience, a properly ran business This dealership is far from me. I live in Glendale and work in Long Beach, I bought a family Sprinter Van from them. I was not forced to buy anything else like extended warranty etc. How I wish I purchased the extended warranty, I believe Walters will honor it If I purchased it, But in the 2 something years of owning the Van, and the times I went to the dealer, I do not have anything negative to comment, On the other hand, I recommend this dealership. If I buy another Mercedes I will buy it from them and get an extended warranty. Great people, great business. It is scary to think that I have to drive to riverside just to get my vehicle serviced. But they give me a beautiful loaner anyway every time I go. And I try to go there when the traffic is good. David Greene is the best, look for him at the mercedes service counter. If you are looking for a Sprinter Van, this is the best place in the greater LA to get it from. More

He even went as far as taking that extra step to find out why there was a discrepancy when most people would have simply ignored it or give an excuse for an explanation. Jason Harding at Finance was also extremely helpful. Never once tried to pressure me into anything, but instead took the time to explain the costs for me to make an informed decision. I drove over 250 miles to take delivery of the vehicle and I would drive back in a heartbeat when I am ready for my next MB. More
