Peter was great! Not your typical salesman! I don't write reviews but my wife insisted I do because of our recent trip to Walters. For years I've always dreaded the car buying experience. You have deal with folks who you just come to expect are slimeballs and looking to get one over on you. Those days are happily OVER! I was recommend Walters from a friend in Riverside (we live in Laguna). We had a few leases that were coming up (3 and 5 series BMW). The offers we got from Irvine BMW didn't compare to what Walters had in comparable cars. I reached out to the general email box to get the conversation started and was promptly replied back to by Peter Pitale. From the first email to the final handshakes I felt we had a great experience. Pete was upfront on the numbers (I did my research before and he was spot on). Very honest and I certainly would recommend him as well as Walters for your next car buying experience. More
