I recently purchased a new 2015 C300 from him, and I'm really happy to own such a stunning car. He made me and my mom feel really welcome and comfortable at the dealership from the very beginning. I greatly appreciated his understanding over some concerns I had over the car, and allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive on the freeway, which many dealers in SoCal do not do. What was great about working with Andrew was that he never made me or my mom feel pressured at any time, and made the whole process upbeat and very pleasant. He explained things very clearly, was upfront with all the important details, and didn't attempt to play tricks. Also, he had a really great sense of humor, an excellent wit, and a sense of balancing professionalism with a casual attitude. If I decide to buy another Mercedes in a couple of years, I will definitely be on the lookout for Andrew wherever he may be... Walter's or not. :) More

Fortunalely I picked the best dealer to buy from. I've never bought a Mercedes before so I went to what I heard was the best Dealer in my area. Excellent Service! Today, I took our Mercedes Benz SUV to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership for routine maintenance. When I arrived, I had a question about the le Today, I took our Mercedes Benz SUV to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership for routine maintenance. When I arrived, I had a question about the level of service/maintenance required. I met with Service Advisor David Green, who I found to be professional and courteous. David took the time to check our vehicle history and was able to recommend the appropriate service for the vehicle. He was able to save us money with NO upsell! In the long run, he just made the dealership more money because I will continue to use Walter's Service Department for vehicle repairs and maintenance because of David's ethical behavior. In fact, David sealed the deal when he took it upon himself to retrieve a spare keyset that had dropped down under the passenger seat, a couple of months ago, saving us the cost of our seat having to be removed and replaced by a mechanic. All in all, it was a positive experience. The vehicle was washed. David took the time to explain the process and the vehicle runs great! David is a pro in every sense of the word and an asset to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership team. I look forward to my next visit! More
