Great Service !!! Today, I took our Mercedes Benz 300S to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership for the B Service routine maintenance. When I arrived, I had a quest Today, I took our Mercedes Benz 300S to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership for the B Service routine maintenance. When I arrived, I had a question about the level of service/maintenance required. I met with Service Advisor David Green, who I found to be professional and courteous. David explain the my service agreement due to a nail in the center of my left tire. This was not cover under my tire warranty. The vehicle was washed. David took the time to explain the process and the vehicle runs great! David is a pro in every sense of the word and an asset to Walter's Automotive Mercedes dealership team. I happen to bring my car in for the first service since the purchases in February 2015 from Walter's Automotive. While I was waiting we exchange in conversation about the navigation system. Jin stop to fully explain to me how it should be working and requested that I mention this to the service crew after the maintenance was preformed. I had so many questions and he answered all of them.Jin is so patient,knowledgeable and nice.He went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the gadgets in my car.I am very satisfied with the service he provided.Thanks to Jin we were able to get every thing we wanted in a car. When I brought my car to Walter’s for service, I was treated like I had bought it there and was part of their extended customer family. My service advisor, Mark Interlicchia has been very professional in every interaction that I have had and has made servicing my ML350 a pleasure. From the way I’m greeted when I drive in, pick up a MB loaner vehicle, receive updates during the day and finally pay at Mark’s desk, it just doesn’t get better. Great start. Bought a E 350 a few months ago. Took the car in for an issue with the Mbrace which appears to be with the provider and not the car. David Greene was Bought a E 350 a few months ago. I previously owned a BMW and had very good service experiences with them. This first encounter with Walter's however was better in every way. Very impressed and trust it will continue. More
