Great Experience @ Walter's with Peter Tecson I hadn’t purchased or leased a car in over 10 years so I was very nervous about this decision until I met Peter Tecson. He was very knowledgeable abou I hadn’t purchased or leased a car in over 10 years so I was very nervous about this decision until I met Peter Tecson. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars I was interested in, answered all of my questions and thoughtful of the budget I had set for myself. He was never pushy and he worked extremely hard to find the car with the specific trims and color I requested. Peter kept me up-to-date on the status of the car, it was located at another dealership and needed to be transferred, and he was upfront with all costs (down payment, taxes & terms). There were no surprises and I was treated like family! I definitely plan on coming back to Walter’s and seeing Peter Tecson once my lease is up! More

"Best Service Advisor" I met Alex Ramirez on 2-17-15 when I took my C300 in for a routine car wash and a second tire pressure check in 2 weeks. It turns out I had a nail in I met Alex Ramirez on 2-17-15 when I took my C300 in for a routine car wash and a second tire pressure check in 2 weeks. It turns out I had a nail in my tire and because the car is stocked with run flats, I had to purchase a new tire. Mind you, I've only had the car for 2 1/2 months but Alex took care of me. He had to order the tire because it was not in stock so rather than have me wait, he put me in a loaner car for the day so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Alex was extremely professional and at the same time, very compassionate to my situation. He assured me there were no worries and he'd call me when my car was ready. Today, I went in for my routine car wash and I decided to purchase the Navigation system for my car and once again, my Service Advisor, Alex Ramirez, came to the rescue. He walked me to the parts department, explained to the gentleman behind the counter what I wanted and told me once my car was ready, he would install it for me. In the meantime, I had mentioned earlier that I was having difficulty installing the Integrated Garage Door Opener and he assured me that I was not the only one and that he would send me tutorial link to preview before trying to install again. Mind you, he also stated if I continued to have any difficulty to please give him a call and he would walk me through the process. I don't know about you, but I don't ever recall any Service Advisor extending that type of courtesy and service during my driving career. I am convinced that Walter's Automotive Group is in the upper echelon of the automotive business of fine cars as is their staff. Thank you Alex, you Rock! I More

"Easiest Car Buy Experience Ever" I purchased the new C300 4Matic a little over 3 months ago and I must say the experience prior to my purchase was awesome. I never had that type of f I purchased the new C300 4Matic a little over 3 months ago and I must say the experience prior to my purchase was awesome. I never had that type of follow-up that was not only diligent but most helpful. I started out with one sales person and he was promoted and move on, out of the Country actually and Andrew picked up my business and he stayed on top of things. You know how some calls are just a nuisance but Andrew was on point each time he called. I finally went in on Black Friday just to look to narrow things down and drove off with a brand new car to my liking with everything I ever wanted and dreamed of. Except, I still need to tint my windows and get some cool wheels but that will come in time. Andrew was the best sales person by far, very professional, dressed the part and walked me through every detail of my car. He even programmed my iPhone and extended his services to call if I ever needed anything. He was a man of his word and by far the best sales person at the Dealership. He met my expectations and then some. Andrew I'm coming for my S550 series soon. Thanks for everything. More

I gave him the phone number given to me by the Internet Sales person Jeremy Poulsen and he had the same car with more features and wanted us to come look at it. Jeremy was right, he got me the best deal ever!! What a wonderful decision to go over there and deal with Jeremy and Andrew Wagner!! They both had me in the car of my dreams that night!! I am in awe of their professionalism and courtesy and patience with me, they know how to take care of you and make you feel like you are the only one in the place. Julio in Finance was just as wonderful, getting all my paperwork done in no time and had me on my way to owning my first Mercedes Benz!
