I want to expressly state that I had gone to another dealership (Anaheim Hills- where I purchased the vehicle) earlier in the day and the service was in direct contrast to what I experienced at Walter’s. The people with whom I interacted at Walter’s from the gentleman who made my appointment, to the young man who checked me in, to the gentleman who checked my tire tread and pressure, to Michael Ramos- stellar! All around great customer service. More
