From arrival (several employees to help get me parked in the correct place) to check-in with advisor David Greene, to check-out (on time, full explanation of the work, good price), this was a flawless performance by Walters. David Greene was the face of Walters at each stage, and the dealership could not have a better, more customer-oriented representative. David is both pleasant and businesslike, and he inspires confidence. Of course, it's not enough to inspire, you also have to deliver, and David and Walters got the work done in less time and at a lower price than promised. And the waiting area is nice. All well worth the trip from Palm Springs to Riverside. More

Walter's has always taken great care of our vehicles. I brought my wife's Smart ForTwo in for it's annual service and they did an excellent job. Smart cars are no longer sold in the US.
