Sprinter Service This was the first scheduled service for my 2016 Sprinter 2500 4x4 and my first experience with Adam Garcia who is their Sprinter representative. Davi This was the first scheduled service for my 2016 Sprinter 2500 4x4 and my first experience with Adam Garcia who is their Sprinter representative. David delivered on what we had discussed and was very timely, which makes my visit very easy since I am not local to their location. In my review you notice that I dropped the star rating for service only because some of the pricing for service is very high and feel it could be a little more inline with service provided. But in being fair this location it is not like out of control but could use a tweak here and there. I come to this dealership because the staff has been responsive to me needs and I am welling to overlook the pricing for a little piece of mind. But I am always aware of the pricing factor and in conversation, I think they are as well. With a little effort the normal materials used in servicing could be revised to eliminate this factor making it a 100% satisfaction experience and I think Walters are the ones that can do this. More

Refreshingly pleased! Brought in my Sprinter van with clicking sounds in both front wheels. Diagnosing the problem became an issue.
