Good service but . I used Walters for an “A” service on my Sprinter RV. I had no idea it would cost Over $$800. I wanted to make Walters my maintenance facility but afte I used Walters for an “A” service on my Sprinter RV. I had no idea it would cost Over $$800. I wanted to make Walters my maintenance facility but after finding what they charge I can not justify the cost. I will be looking elsewhere. My experience there was good. No problems with Adam. All in all my experience there was good, it’s just way too expensive. More

My personal experience over the past year with Walter's Service Department has clearly confirmed to me that the team at Walter's are the unchallenged leaders in S. Cal in performing honest, competitively priced, factory trained diagnosis, repair and service coupled with excellent customer communication and accommodation regarding any unknown deviation or additional work that may arise beyond the initial estimate quote issued that might be required to effect completing the required work to bring everything on the vehicle back proper original factory operating condition. After a very upset phone call from my wife, I took the spare key from our home down to the car wash just to get our car started. Mark Interlicchia was instrumental in a speedy replacement and preparing the paperwork to prove to the car wash I had replaced the key so as to get reimbursed by them.
