I was elated with the service at Walters I had an appointment and met Alex for the first time. His greeting was very professional and after a bit of conversation and review of my vehicle's se I had an appointment and met Alex for the first time. He was able to have my vehicle ready in a timely manner with me paying my bill at his desk rather than heading over to another desk to pay. He explained the completed service in detail. My advisor stated he wanted to provide excellent service and retain me as a customer. He went above and beyond to find out particulars about my vehicle and how that knowledge would be best beneficial. Walter's is on the map of dealerships, but its the only one with 5 stars circling its location. And the stars have very distinct meaning that others do not even have in common. When I'm ready to purchase my next Mercedes, this is definitely the star dealership, both hands down! I was well greeted at the service front and directed me to Alex Ramirez who was my favorite service advisor. Alex is always friendly and very professional. I was promptly explained everything in detail and Alex made sure that my time was not wasted. It was simple and fast I drove off the dealership with a courtesy car. MY FIRST SPRINTER VAN SERVICE Waited less than 15 minutes for Mark Espinoza (Service Advisor) to meet with me. Told him I just need a LOF for my 2013 Sprinter which had less than 1 Waited less than 15 minutes for Mark Espinoza (Service Advisor) to meet with me. Told him I just need a LOF for my 2013 Sprinter which had less than 10,000 miles, so this was my first service! One would have thought it would be simple! And it was! The two things that bothered me the most was the price and not getting a wash after my service! To do a basic service it was over $200.00 and I got no courtesy wash! I could do with out a wash, but come on guy $200.00+ wow! I wonder if I was charged the day after a holiday rate. This will make me rethink if I want to come back to Walter's for service or check out other Mercedes Sprinter Dealers for service and pricing. More
Fast/Excellent Service- Knowledgeable Service Advisor Mark Espinoza, Service Advisor(SA), went above and beyond in assisting me with a unique service request. My new to me, 2011 CL550 AMG, was just bein Mark Espinoza, Service Advisor(SA), went above and beyond in assisting me with a unique service request. My new to me, 2011 CL550 AMG, was just being delivered via long haul transport and required service and checkout before driving back to San Diego. Mark did a fantastic job of getting my car serviced in record time in this situation. Additionally, he took the time to sit down with me in the car and go through all the computer routines to drive this very intensive computer driven car. Recently a Land Rover-Jaguar SA crossover, he has excellent skills in many areas. Walter's is lucky to have this gentleman on their Team. More

The best Service Center experience! I drive a smart. Taking my to smart to Walter's could make me feel like a fish out of water, but it isn't that way. I was treated with the up most cou I drive a smart. Taking my to smart to Walter's could make me feel like a fish out of water, but it isn't that way. I was treated with the up most courtesy and expediency from the front door of the service department as if I drove a Mercedes Benz and not a smart. The greeter ushered me to Alex's desk and offered me a bottle of ice cold water. Alex was friendly, efficient and listened to my stories. I decided to wait for the collection of my service, and Alex determined that it should take about two hours. And wouldn't you know, an hour and a half later, Alex called my cell phone regarding a need for additional service. The previous crevice centers I used for car service hated calling me, forcing me to call them. Walter's isn't that way. The Service was decidedly under the estimate cost, making my wallet very happy (me too!) And I got a car wash, too! The care and attention given to Mercedes Benz's given to my little smart was a joy, and if they serviced my wife's Saturn Vue, I would have an appointment scheduled already. They resemble Disneyland's guest service, they bend over backwards to do their best to help our car care with efficiency, friendliness and great workmanship. I will be back. They've set the bar very high with this visit, but I know that they can surpass any expectation I have the next time. More
