My service advisor Brandon Monaco was great. He kept me in the loop at all times and went above and beyond even showing me detailed photos of the damaged brake lines and necessary work. I am a HUGE fan of the new features of the Quote that include videos displaying the issue with your vehicle. Helps me to understand visually what is being done to my vehicle. And as always the profession include videos displaying the issue with your vehicle. Helps me to understand visually what is being done to my vehicle. And as always the professionalism of Mark and Alex shines through as always. This was my first time also incorporating Dignify into my repairs. That also was a smooth process and I appreciate the 6 month pay off option. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service and continue to refer to my Mercedes driving friends and colleagues to use Walters for their automotive needs. -Aaron More
