Gary Gavin the service manager met me at the desk with a smile and helped me out. He was courteous and reassuring. I felt like I knew him for years. As I sat there I watched and witnessed a service department that was dedicated to their customers. They even helped a woman with a small child out to her car. They really do care about the customer. Every customer was treated like " they mattered". Gary Gavin and Craig Rotter are employees anyone would be happy to have. They care, work hard, respectful and kind! My entire experience was great! I changed my mind a few times on colors and my payment options and he wasn’t phased in the least. Just went with the flow. I even went back the next day and asked him how to work something on the dashboard and again was not phased and helped figure it out Thank you Josh 🙂 Thank you Mazda for a very pleasant experience.
