Another Horrible Experience! Had another unfortunate experience especially with dealing with this so-called manager Phil who was, cocky pompous and rude,This place is so unprofess Had another unfortunate experience especially with dealing with this so-called manager Phil who was, cocky pompous and rude,This place is so unprofessional and disorganized I have no idea how they are still in business,My CX5 lease was due in a few months so I came in to see if they can get me out early after the letter they sent,sat w Victor who was ok but the Manager Phil kept coming back and forth to the desk which made me wonder why I even needed Victor in the first place?! Phil said he would give me the best deal possible with no games and that deal is not agreeable to me, his words were “ I don’t mean to be an xxxxxxx but that is the deal” I thought this to be very unprofessional especially in front of my wife and kids,I left the dealership came back the next day and he will not even give me a minute of his time and once again very rude, he told me it would be the same deal anywhere else and lo and behold I found a better deal and much friendlier professional treatment at Garden City Mazda! I would never ever step foot in this dealership ever again because of this jerk Phil,It’s a shame because the other manager Joe is above and beyond a better manager and human being! More
