Rim damage claim from hitting a pothole. I met with Gary, the service manager, in regards to my issue. One of my rims was bent from hitting a pothole on the Thruway. Knowing I had to return b I met with Gary, the service manager, in regards to my issue. One of my rims was bent from hitting a pothole on the Thruway. Knowing I had to return back home to Florida, he was very expeditious and got with the repair company to get my rim repaired as quickly as possible. He promised me a completion time and came in ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car I noticed the rim was a shade different from the original color. He did not make any excuses but instead fixed the problem by providing an alternative rim which was the correct color. I feel Gary went out of his way to ensure that customer service was given the utmost priority. He and the rest of the team in the service office should be praised for their friendliness, courteousness, and attention to detail when keeping customers happy. Although I live in Florida, if this is how your dealership treats customers , and if I would purchase a new Mazda, as I plan on doing in the future, I would buy from this dealership. More

It was like car shopping with a friend which definitely helped with the general stress associated with going to any car dealership. Phil is incredibly knowledgeable & honest. Charlie is a sweetheart that is attentive,kind and patient. Kenny really helped me out with the financial aspect explaining the details, and had me laughing all at the same time. 10/10 would reccomend Staff was extremely helpful with the purchase of my new Mazda Cx5. I went to several other dealerships before deciding on this one and the not only we Staff was extremely helpful with the purchase of my new Mazda Cx5. I went to several other dealerships before deciding on this one and the not only were the prices extremely fair and competetive everyone who I spoke with at the dealership was amazing.
