EASY PEASY I WAS NOT GOING THROUGH THE EXTENDED HOURS & MULTIPLE VISITS OF ANOTHER NEW CAR DEALERSHIP, SO I WENT ONLINE & DID SOME RESEARCH. AT WANTAGH MAZDA & EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED & HE EMAILED BACK SO FAST WITH QUOTES & MORE INFO REGARDING TRIM.I GOT A GOOD VIBE, SO WE WENT IN TO TEST DRIVE A CX5. I LOVED IT IT & WE DID THE PRELIM PAPERWORK RIGHT THERE. THE TERRIFIC SALES MANAGER, PHIL, FOUND THE CAR I WANTED RIGHT AWAY, PRICE WAS AWESOME & WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY, ALL PAPERS WERE READY, CAR ALL SPIFFED UP, & IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, WE WERE ON OUR WAY HOME. I CAN'T THANK WANTAGH MAZDA ENOUGH FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT, PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. He gave us the car and let us take it on a long test drive. We came back several weeks later and took it on another long test drive. After we decided we wanted to purchase the car, the manager, Phil Puleo got involved and gave us a very fair value on our trade-in. Their selling-price was clearly explained and was inline with internet pricing. There was no game playing. I have to say that both Victor and Phil are very decent people and that we look forward to buying another car from them in the future. The fact is that they didn't pressure us, didn't try to sell us anything and simply gave us what we asked for at a very fair price. Victor had us sign the transfer papers, delivered the car to us and that was it. He didn't even try to sell the extended warranty. We feel great about buying this car from this dealership. More
